This weekend’s Steam sale is offering a huge catalog of games, including VR titles at amazing discounts. Let’s dive into it.
Paradox Publisher Weekend –
Paradox Interactive, the Swedish video game publisher is celebrating 10 years of Paradox and is offering up to 80% discount on all their titles. While not all their games in the catalog are worth buying, there are some that surely stand out and are ones that you should definitely have a look at. Recommendations include City Skylines, Stellaris, Europa Universalis IV & Magicka.
VR Anniversary Sale –
Steam is offering discounts on VR titles for the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and OSVR headsets this weekend. Since I’ve never owned a VR headset myself, it is quite hard to recommend which titles you should consider buying, i.e. if you even happen to own a VR headset in the first place. However, based on feedback of others I can recommend you check out Eve: Valkyrie which is available at a 50% discount for ₹494 and Job Simulator which is available at a 25% discount for ₹546.
Developed and published by Offworld Industries, this 50 vs 50 multiplayer FPS features large open maps, vehicle-based combined arms gameplay and player-constructed bases. The game has received very positive reviews on Steam and is available at a 50% discount for just ₹424. However, the game is still in Early Access so if you’re in doubt, then you can try the game for free this weekend and decide for yourself.
As always, more games like Payday 2, Don’t Starve Together, Dishonored 2, Besiege, The Talos Principle, The Witness and others can be purchased at discounts up to 75%, which can be found under the Specials section of Steam. Remember, all sales will end on 10th April 2017 i.e. Monday. We’ll be back next week to have you covered on all the great Steam Weekend Sales.
